Enrollment Representative - Bilingual 1

Enrollment and Outreach Representative will provide outreach opportunities for community residents lacking access to healthcare and health insurance, perform enrollment and application follow-up, and increase health insurance coverage for primary health, dental, and behavioral care. Responsibilities include scheduling patient registrations, determining eligibility for Medicaid/CHP+ programs, guiding patients through enrollment processes, maintaining accurate records, and communicating complex concepts related to health benefits in clear terms. The role requires strong customer service, written and verbal communication skills, cultural sensitivity, proficiency with MS Office and electronic health records, and the ability to work independently in a healthcare environment.
