Job Summary
Manage and execute recruitment strategies through marketing and data-driven processes to increase high school student awareness of the Institute. Develop and maintain relationships with counselors, community college coordinators, and partners including salons, spas, and workforce agencies. Organize community outreach programs and coordinate on-campus events to promote the Institute's mission and products. Provide counseling to prospective students regarding admissions and assist the Admissions and Financial Aid Team in achieving annual enrollment goals. Create market-specific content and share stories to drive community engagement. Travel locally to events and for out-of-state training as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior work experience in recruitment, high school counseling, admissions, or community relations
