Enrollment & Reconciliation Technician (11:00AM - 7:30PM ET)

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive medication reconciliation by comparing patient profiles between the Eirene platform and client Electronic Health Records, identifying and resolving discrepancies in dosing, omissions, or duplications. Collaborate with pharmacists and providers to validate changes, maintain participant photo records for Medication Administration Cycles, and generate monthly MARs based on client schedules. Reconcile Schedule II controlled substances by reviewing dispensing records and DEA regulations, while overseeing the Long-Term Care dashboard to monitor workflows and key performance indicators. Provide regular status updates to clients, track ongoing tasks, and communicate resolutions in alignment with service level agreements. Participate in urgent projects and support process improvements within the pharmacy care management team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required or equivalent
- Must be registered or eligible to become registered with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy within 60 days of hire
- Must be able to commute to multiple site locations within assigned territory
- Must be able to work extended hours as needed
- Must be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis
- Must be eligible to work in this country
- Must be able to hear, see, sit, stand, talk, and walk
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years of pharmacy technician experience is preferred
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent typing/data entry accuracy with good speed
- Good computer skills to navigate proprietary and other pharmacy software
- Strong listening/reading comprehension
- Understanding of clinical terms and impacts
- Able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
