Job Summary
Enrollment Manager overseeing enrollment for a group of Bright Horizons centers. Responsibilities include managing the enrollment pipeline from inquiry to future enrollment, securing registrations 6 months out, projecting 6-8 months ahead, and coordinating space needs with operations to open or staff additional classrooms. Build and maintain relationships with parents and center operators, provide ongoing communication and resources, engage waitlisted families, and influence staffing decisions to maximize occupancy. Manage monthly center-team meetings, enable transitions and backfill enrollment, and report on data points and metrics using Bright Web/Bright Star systems to guide future planning. Operate within a pod structure to maximize enrollment across centers, align with HEART principles, and maintain high customer satisfaction and timely responses." ,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 2-3 years of experience in enrollment strategies or sales strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team environment
