Job Summary
Enrollment Manager at Atlanta International School leads the admissions journey from inquiry to enrollment, acts as a primary ambassador to families, and coordinates pipeline management, campus events, and communications. Responsibilities include managing the prospect pipeline, guiding families through the admissions and enrollment processes, delivering exceptional customer service, conducting campus tours and representing AIS at events, collaborating with Marketing, IT, and Leadership, and using CRM tools (HubSpot/Veracross) for data and reporting. The role requires strong relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills, with experience in admissions, international or IB school environments highly desirable and a Bachelor's degree preferred. Availability for nontraditional hours and domestic travel is noted in the posting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in admissions, enrollment management, or a related field
- Experience in an independent, international, or IB school environment highly desirable
- Familiarity with IB philosophy and curriculum strongly preferred
- Experience working with international families, expat communities, or multicultural environments
- Proficiency in HubSpot and/or Veracross or demonstrated ability to learn CRM systems
