Enrollment Management Specialist

Enrollment Management Specialist role focuses on delivering a comprehensive enrollment services experience for credit students on CT State’s Norwich campus, including admissions processing, financial aid coordination, counseling for academic interests, registration support, and cross-functional collaboration with faculty and staff to support enrollment, retention, and equity initiatives. Requires front-line student assistance, handling admissions documents, responding to inquiries via phone and email, guiding students through residency status and cost of attendance, processing registrations and changes, and representing the college in onboarding and enrollment events; minimal evening/weekend work may be required. A Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of related experience, strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills, and familiarity with enrollment management systems (e.g., Banner) are preferred; bilingual in Spanish is listed as a preferred qualification. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Norwich, CT, with a salary range of approximately $55,494–$59,209.
