Job Summary
Temporary part-time File Reader for Undergraduate Admission - Domestic Applications will review and prepare undergraduate domestic applications for the Admission Committee, re-calculate GPAs, review transcripts, standardized test scores, recommendations, and English proficiency, maintain confidentiality, meet weekly targets, and work remotely in the United States. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, familiarity with the U.S. secondary education system, and the ability to use Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and Box, with anticipated start late August through mid-February.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and Box preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in a remote role preferred
- 20 hours per week availability
- Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive data

- Eligible candidates would be located in the US
- Currently employed by another post-secondary institution or high school level not eligible
