Enrollment Liaison

Job Summary
Serve as the primary contact within the community for enrollment assistance and help applicants complete descendants and missed enrollee applications. Review applications for completeness, guide applicants through eligibility requirements and required verification documents, and coordinate with Enrollment Technicians to process materials. Promote enrollment opportunities within the community, provide local assistance to shareholders, descendants, and families, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive applicant information. Support with scanning, uploading, or transmitting enrollment materials, and assist with follow-up requests for missing information. Comfortable working remotely from the designated Alaska community with a flexible part-time schedule for temporary enrollment projects.
Required Qualifications
- Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in community service, administrative, customer service, or support role.
- Must reside in the community of assignment.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on applicant need.
- Ability to independently operate computer, scanner, and phone equipment.
- Knowledge of BSNC shareholder enrollment or descendant eligibility (preferred).
- Must be a verified BSNC shareholder, descendant of a shareholder, or spouse of a shareholder.
