Enrollment Liaison

Job Summary
Enrollment Liaison supporting enrollment assistance and documentation intake within BSNC’s community-based framework. Responsibilities include acting as the primary community contact for enrollment support, assisting with completing descendant and missed enrollee applications, guiding applicants through eligibility requirements and required verification documents, coordinating with the corporate enrollment team, reviewing applications for completeness, and assisting with scanning, uploading, or transmitting materials while maintaining confidentiality. The role involves outreach to the community, providing status updates, and ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely communication with shareholders, descendants, and families. Requires ability to work with scanners, computers, phones, and enrollment software, with flexible hours and potential evening work to accommodate applicant needs. Travel outside the community is not expected unless coordinated. Supervision is from the Enrollment Manager and collaboration with Enrollment Technicians at the corporate office.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Experience in community service, administrative, customer service, or support role
- Must be a verified BSNC shareholder, descendant of a shareholder, or spouse of a shareholder
- Must reside in the community of assignment
- Ability to work flexible hours based on applicant need and availability
- Ability to operate and use provided computer, scanner, and phone equipment
- Ability to independently communicate with applicants and enrollment staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Basic computer skills
