Job Summary
Manage the admissions process for Graduate online students by evaluating applications and transcripts against consistent standards. Coordinate inquiries, correspondence, and document uploads while maintaining admissions data and reports within the ERP/CRM database. Collaborate with academic departments to ensure records are accurate and to provide thorough knowledge of university programs and curricula. Deliver prompt, efficient customer service to prospects and applicants while representing the University at events. Requires a Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule based on student needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must possess good people skills
