Enrollment Counselor - Graduate (Non-Traditional)

Graduate Enrollment Counselor leads recruitment and admission activities for SEU's graduate and doctoral programs, guiding prospective students through the enrollment funnel, conducting informational interviews, and coordinating communications via email, mail, texting, and phone. Responsibilities include developing and implementing recruiting strategies, planning travel for recruitment events and fairs, managing a caseload of up to 600 prospective graduate students, advising on educational and degree requirements, and collaborating with academic directors, faculty, alumni, and SEU staff to achieve enrollment targets. The role requires strong customer service, interpersonal and public speaking skills; the ability to work independently and within a team; travel for recruitment, and the capacity to deliver accurate information regarding financial aid processes and university policies. The position is based in Downtown Lakeland with hybrid remote work opportunities.
