Job Summary
Enrollment Counselor within the Marketing and Enrollment Team, a full-time, remote role focused on guiding prospective students and guardians through the enrollment process. Responsibilities include managing the full enrollment funnel from initial inquiry to first day, engaging via inbound/outbound outreach, explaining school structure and program requirements, coordinating with Document Processors to collect verification documents, maintaining real-time CRM records, meeting enrollment goals, and collaborating with Registrars and Academy Directors to ensure a smooth transition to the first day of school. The role emphasizes a student-centered, consultative approach, proactive follow-up, and strong time management to maintain an organized pipeline, with a focus on serving students who have disengaged from traditional schooling. Bilingual Spanish-English is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sales, or related field, preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, call centers, or similar enrollment roles; Consultative sales experience, preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and time management skills
- Language: Bilingual Spanish-English, preferred
- Experience with CRM or telemarketing software (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Five9, Ring Central) preferred
- Compliance: Must pass state and federal background checks
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States
