Job Summary
Enrollment Coordinator at Injured Workers Pharmacy to serve as the first point of contact for patients referred by law firms and physicians, educate patients about enrollment in IWP’s workers’ compensation pharmacy services, and guide them through the intake process. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, educating patients on services to encourage enrollment, gathering referral information to convert to active patients, coordinating with physicians and law firms via telephone and text, managing daily queues, maintaining KPI-driven performance, ensuring accurate documentation, collaborating with Sales, Enrollment, Patient Experience, and Pharmacy teams to resolve issues with shipments, and delivering a positive patient experience with empathy and compassion.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience (inside sales, account management, call center, hospitality or other client facing roles)
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Experience with CRM software like HubSpot or similar
