Job Summary
Enrollment Coordinator role within NeighborHealth's Neighborhood PACE program. Responsible for working directly with prospective participants to ensure program benefits are understood and enrollment needs are met, delivering a needs-based approach to enrollment. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, sales/marketing/public relations experience (minimum 5 years in healthcare-related sales/marketing), and strong English and Spanish communication. Position includes competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits; focus on enrollment success, client education, and coordinating with healthcare teams for older adults (55+) eligible for Medicare/Medicaid. Salary range $59,800–$89,440 based on experience. Bilingual preferred; strong time management and verbal/written communication skills anticipated.
Required Qualifications
