Enrollment and Family Experience Manager

Lead enrollment and family experience initiatives across the UCP Charter Schools Consortium, overseeing enrollment systems, monitoring pipelines, and improving inquiry-to-enrollment conversion and student retention. Provide oversight, coaching, and support to campus-based Enrollment Specialists while collaborating with principals, marketing staff, and school leadership. Drive family satisfaction through onboarding, engagement, and open-house activities; ensure timely follow-up and exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process. Manage SchoolMint enrollment workflows, analyze enrollment trends, generate dashboards and reports, and develop campus-specific enrollment plans. Partner with marketing to inform recruitment strategies and community outreach, and support campuses in planning events and open houses. Facilitate training and standardization of enrollment procedures and resources; serve as a resource for troubleshooting enrollment challenges and pursuing continuous improvement.
