Enrollment and Billing Team Lead

Manage assigned staff including hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations while developing measurable goals and facilitating Premera training programs. Analyze service indicators and customer feedback to design operational changes, manage workflow technologies, and serve as an escalation point for complex complaints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish protocols, recommend cost efficiencies, and execute internal controls derived from the company framework.
