Job Summary
Enrollment Advisor at Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM) responsible for evaluating prospective students for enrollment eligibility and program fit, guiding applicants from inquiry to enrollment, coordinating outreach via phone, email, and in-person/virtual meetings, achieving enrollment KPIs, supporting recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs, and ensuring completion of required documentation. Requires strong communication, time management, and a student-focused, results-driven approach in a fast-paced environment. Compensation $29-$31 per hour based on experience; schedule includes Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:30pm with one evening per week, Fridays 8:30am–5:30pm, and occasional Saturdays for events; location Duluth, GA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates' or higher degree preferred
- Experience in sales or customer service with KPIs
- Admissions experience in a proprietary post-secondary setting preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed
