Job Summary
Assist the nursing team to deliver safe, evidence-based patient care and ensure the theatre complex and equipment are ready for surgery. Monitor and evaluate patient recovery, address complications, and deliver education to support patient management. Maintain patient safety and communicate effectively with the surgical team within a multi-disciplinary healthcare environment. This role involves no overnights or on-call shifts, with occasional Saturday work optional. Candidates require solid perioperative scrub/scout experience and current AHPRA registration. Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in perioperative scrub/ scout nursing
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Recent criminal history check
- Immunisation
