Job Summary
Enrolled Nurse provides direct and/or indirect nursing care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. Responsible for assessment, care and development/evaluation of care programmes to ensure high-quality patient care. Maintains accurate documentation, manages stock and equipment, ensures a safe, clean environment, adheres to infection prevention and standard precautions, and participates in ward/unit quality improvement. May supervise ENAs and contribute to CPR readiness. Demonstrates Netcare values in delivering compassionate, professional nursing care within the unit and hospital policies.
Required Qualifications
- Registration with the South African Nursing Council as an Enrolled Nurse
- Compliance with the SANC code for an Enrolled Nurse and all applicable health care legislation
