Job Summary
Conduct ward-based clinical training and supported shifts across Medical, Surgical, Rehabilitation, and Mental Health specialties during a 3-week intensive program. Transition from foundational simulations to acute care practice in specialties including cardiology, orthopaedics, and mental health under the supervision of skilled clinicians. Complete a fully paid training cycle leading to permanent full-time or part-time employment on a 24/7 rotating roster. Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years post graduate nursing experience
- Current AHPRA registration
- Medication endorsement
- Availability to join a 24/7 rotating roster
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent patient care
- A commitment to show up, learn, ask questions, and grow
- Working With Children Check
- Able to provide or complete a National Criminal History Check

- Enrolled Nurses with medication endorsement (IV competency)
