Job Summary
Conduct patient care and medication administration on a 28-bed Upper Limb Orthopaedic ward specializing in joint replacements. Manage IV therapy and maintain strong clinical skills within a busy acute hospital environment. Deliver high-quality care to a multidisciplinary team while ensuring strict attention to detail and organizational abilities. Maintain current AHPRA registration and provide IV qualifications as required for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
- Must be medication endorsed
- IV qualified
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an acute hospital setting
- Strong clinical skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a busy acute care environment
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- Working-With-Children Check
- Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
