Job Summary
Provide direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse across Mental Health and affiliated programs, assisting with clinical procedures and patient monitoring. Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centred team environment while maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with Ramsay policies and NMBA standards. Ensure patient safety, dignity, and recovery for individuals with mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, and drug and alcohol dependency. This casual role requires current AHPRA registration, recent acute care experience, and a trauma-informed approach to delivery. A National Police Check within the previous 12 months is mandatory, along with potential Working-With-Children and immunisation checks. Required Qualifications
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
- Recent experience working in an acute care environment
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong time management skills
- Commitment to patient safety
- Patient centred and trauma informed approach to delivery of care
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- Working-With-Children Check
- Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
