Job Summary
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients and monitor their mental and physical health status. Contribute to individualized care plans and support patients through therapeutic engagement and recovery-focused interventions. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensure patient safety, and respond appropriately to clinical risks or incidents. Manage a diverse patient load while demonstrating initiative and teamwork with minimal supervision. Requires AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse with IV qualification and minimum 12 months experience in General Medical and Rehabilitation. Competitive hourly rate of $36.67 - $39.39 plus superannuation. Permanent full-time role at Hollywood Private Hospital, Ramsay Health Care's largest private hospital operator in Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Registered with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse
- Enrolled Nurses will be IV Qualified
- Min 12 months experience working in General Medical and Rehabilitation
- Ability to use initiative, self-motivation, work as a team member with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of and participation in Quality Improvement process
- Demonstrated skills and knowledge, consistent with contemporary practice
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to mental health services
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children Check
- proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
