Job Summary
Enrolled Nurse responsible for direct and/or indirect nursing care of a patient or group of patients under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. Duties include maintaining documentation, ensuring a clean and safe environment, assisting with stock control and equipment care, contributing to ward governance and quality improvement, and practicing infection prevention and standard precautions. The role involves supervising ENAs, promoting patient confidentiality, coordinating care with the team, and adhering to Netcare policies and values to deliver high-quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as an Enrolled Nurse
- Compliance with SANC code for Enrolled Nurses and applicable healthcare legislation
- Relevant experience in the nursing discipline (as applicable)
