Enrolled Nurse (e/n) - MICU

Enrolled Nurse (e/n) in the MICU responsible for direct and/or indirect patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. Duties include assessment and care planning, development and evaluation of care programmes, maintaining accurate documentation, infection prevention, maintaining a safe environment, risk and quality management, equipment upkeep, and upholding patient confidentiality. Supports education and training of ENAs, participates in teamwork to achieve goals, and ensures CPR competence and ongoing professional development per Netcare policies and values.
