Job Summary
Provide resident care under RN supervision in an aged-care village; administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document observations. Support and guide Personal Care Workers to ensure smooth and consistent delivery of care. Draft and contribute to resident care plans under RN supervision. Lead by example, coaching and motivating PCWs on your shift. Monitor resident wellbeing, identify and report risks or issues, and ensure infection control practices are followed. Complete assessments, assist with examinations, and provide culturally appropriate education to residents and families. Foster positive interpersonal relationships with residents, families, and the wider clinical team. This is a casual role, offering shifts on an as-needed basis.

- Enrolled Nursing Diploma (or equivalent)
