Job Summary
Provide clinical care to residents in an aged care setting as an Enrolled Nurse (Casual). Responsibilities include creating comprehensive assessments and care plans for new and existing residents, ensuring timely and accurate documentation including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards, and providing leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers while promoting a holistic, team-based approach to resident care. Requires a Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration; prior experience in an aged care home and strong communication skills with residents, families, and staff.
