Provide clinical care to residents, create comprehensive individual assessments and care plans, and ensure timely documentation including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards. You must be empathetic with prior aged care experience, hold a nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration, and possess solid clinical documentation and computer skills.
