Job Summary
Provide high-quality nursing care, social support, and medical assistance to residents in the Redlands by the Bay Retirement Resort, including wound care, personal hygiene, and general daily support. Work independently within resident units to deliver care tailored to individual care plans while liaising with internal staff, family members, paramedics, and GPs. Complete administration tasks to ensure resident notes remain up to date in the Care Management System and adhere to all safety policies. This casual role involves covering leave or extra shifts with a minimum of 12 months Enrolled Nurse experience and AHPRA Division 2 registration.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months experience as an Enrolled Nurse
- Passion for community care, independence and wellbeing
- Friendly, adaptable and proactive attitude
- Passion for being part of a community environment
- Strong communication skills
- Genuine ability to build meaningful connections with residents
- Division 2 AHPRA registration
- Current CPR certificate
- Two COVID-19 Vaccinations
- Valid driver's licence
- Vehicle
