Job Summary
Deliver engaging, age-appropriate enrichment instruction in STEM, arts, sports, or tutoring programs across elementary, middle, and high school settings. Prepare for each session using approved lesson plans or instructor-developed activities while fostering a safe, inclusive learning environment. Maintain active student participation, adapt to varying age groups, and ensure appropriate supervision throughout. Communicate professionally with school personnel regarding attendance and program needs, and adhere to all site policies and safety protocols. Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled instructional hours. Compensation starts at $50+ per hour and varies based on qualifications, experience, and assignment specifics. Required Qualifications
- At least 60 completed college credits (or equivalent relevant professional experience where appropriate for the assignment)
- Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, instructing, mentoring, or leading youth programs
- Experience working with children or adolescents in schools, camps, community organizations, or similar settings
- Strong communication, leadership, and classroom management skills
- Reliable, professional, and organized work habits
