Job Summary

Adapt teaching styles to varying student ages and experience levels, maintaining professional communication with school personnel regarding attendance and program needs. Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled instructional hours, adhering to all site policies and safety protocols. Compensation starts at $50+ per hour and varies based on qualifications and assignment specifics. This opportunity involves independent contractor roles with rolling start dates at partner schools or community locations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 60 completed college credits (or equivalent relevant professional experience where appropriate for the assignment)
- Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, instructing, mentoring, or leading youth programs
- Experience working with children or adolescents in schools, camps, community organizations, or similar settings
- Strong communication, leadership, and classroom management skills
- Reliable, professional, and organized work habits
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
