Job Summary
Deliver engaging, age-appropriate enrichment instruction in STEM, arts, sports, or academic programs for elementary through high school students. Prepare each session using approved lesson plans or instructor-developed activities while fostering a safe, inclusive environment. Maintain active supervision and adapt teaching styles to varying student ages and learning needs. Communicate professionally with school personnel regarding attendance and program requirements, and adhere to all site policies and safety protocols. Schedule ranges from one to four instructional hours weekly across eight to ten-week assignments, with compensation starting at $50 per hour. Required Qualifications
- At least 60 completed college credits (or equivalent relevant professional experience where appropriate for the assignment)
- Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, instructing, mentoring, or leading youth programs
- Experience working with children or adolescents in schools, camps, community organizations, or similar settings
- Strong communication, leadership, and classroom management skills
- Reliable, professional, and organized work habits
