Job Summary

Prepare sessions using approved lesson plans or instructor-developed activities while fostering a safe, inclusive learning environment. Maintain active supervision and adapt teaching styles to varying student ages and learning needs. Communicate professionally with school personnel regarding attendance and program requirements. Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled instructional hours, adhering to all site policies and safety protocols. Compensation ranges from $50+ per hour based on assignment specifics.
Required Qualifications
- At least 60 completed college credits (or equivalent relevant professional experience where appropriate for the assignment)
- Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, instructing, mentoring, or leading youth programs
- Experience working with children or adolescents in schools, camps, community organizations, or similar settings
- Strong communication, leadership, and classroom management skills
- Reliable, professional, and organized work habits
