Enrichment Teacher

Part-time Enrichment Teacher for after-school program serving grades K-5. Responsibilities include developing and implementing lesson plans, instructing students, maintaining an engaging classroom environment, leading at least one enrichment club weekly, monitoring attendance, communicating student progress to the Community School Director and Education Coordinator, and supporting safe, respectful, and collaborative scholar engagement. Requires strong written and oral communication, ability to build positive relationships with scholars and families, participation in staff meetings and professional development, and adherence to CACPCS standards. Schedule includes up to 10 hours per week, 3:30–5:30 pm, Monday–Friday (summer program follows same time window). Minimum qualifications include experience with youth in K-5 and familiarity with CACPCS standards.
