Job Summary
Guide children through hands-on cooking activities, advanced kitchen experiences, mindfulness sessions, and play-based soccer. Plan and implement age-appropriate programs that foster creativity, teamwork, and social-emotional growth while maintaining a safe, nurturing classroom environment. Supervise enrichment sessions with appropriate ratios, adapt activities to varying developmental levels, and support practical life skills like problem-solving and cooperation. Ensure cleanliness of materials, especially in food-based programs, and communicate positively with parents regarding progress.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- CPR/First Aid certification
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Desired Qualifications
- Early Childhood Education coursework
- Experience or interest in cooking or food-based learning
- Experience or interest in youth fitness, yoga, or movement activities
- Experience or interest in sports or recreational programming
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to lead engaging, high-energy activities while maintaining structure and safety
