Job Summary
Support members in engaging, meaningful enrichment activities and assist with personal care and daily living needs. Build positive, respectful relationships with members and teammates while helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and structured environment. Provide coverage support based on member ratio needs. Availability to work as needed between 8am to 5pm weekdays (Monday–Friday) for programs closed evenings and weekends. Requires high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of caregiving experience, and current certifications including CPR, First Aid, and Food Handlers Card. Background check and fingerprint clearance required.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to the Peoria, Sun City, or Surprise area
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of current or recent caregiving or adult day program experience
- Ability to pass a background check
- Current, unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CPR certification
- TB clearance
- First Aid
- Food Handlers Card
- Article 9 certification
