Job Summary
Support members in engaging, meaningful enrichment activities while assisting with personal care and daily living needs. Build positive, respectful relationships with members and teammates to help maintain a safe, welcoming, and structured environment. Provide coverage support based on member ratio needs across Adult Day Programs in Surprise, Sun City, and Peoria, AZ. Requirements include a high school diploma, 1–2 years of caregiving experience, and certifications in CPR, First Aid, and food handling. You must possess reliable transportation and pass a background check. Health benefits apply for employees working 30+ hours per week, alongside voluntary retirement plans and wellness perks.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to the Peoria, Sun City, or Surprise area
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of current or recent caregiving or adult day program experience
- Ability to pass a background check
- Current, unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CPR certification
- TB clearance
- First Aid
- Food Handlers Card
- Article 9 certification
