Job Summary
Enrichment and supervision leader for a middle school program. Responsibilities include running study hall, supervising breaks, lunch, and after-school activities; planning engaging activities; supporting student development and well-being; monitoring behavior and safety; participating in required training; and collaborating with a team to nurture and inspire students. Must be 18+, with up-to-date First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Typical hours 12:00 PM–5:30 PM (or 12:30 PM–6:00 PM), with schedule coordinated with Directors. Pay ranges from $17.95 to $25.00 per hour (with experience-based adjustments). Location: San Jose, CA. Required Qualifications
