Job Summary
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum in Endeavor + Enrichments, Sports, Dance, and Art classes. Plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development while assessing and documenting student progress. Lead innovative learning activities that foster children's growth and ensure their safety and well-being at all times. Create a harmonious environment where students and fellow educators thrive. Monitor individual student progress and development closely.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in similar role
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
