Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum in Endeavor + Enrichments, Sports, Dance, and Art to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Plan engaging activities and assess student progress while documenting outcomes. Lead innovative learning experiences that foster children's growth and ensure their safety and well-being at all times. Create a harmonious environment where students and staff thrive. Requires a High School Diploma, one year of experience, and strong communication skills to interact with parents and staff.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in similar role
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
