Job Summary
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum in Endeavor + Enrichments, Sports, Dance, and Art classes. Plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development while assessing and documenting student progress. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times and monitor their individual growth. Create a harmonious environment where students and fellow teachers enjoy coming to school. Interact regularly with parents and staff to support student development.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in similar role
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
