Job Summary
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum in Endeavor + Enrichments, Sports, Dance, and Art to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Plan engaging activities and assess student progress while ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times. Monitor individual development and document progress to foster a harmonious environment where students and staff thrive. This role requires a high school diploma, one year of experience, and strong communication skills for interacting with parents and staff. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in similar role
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
