Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum in Endeavor + Enrichments, Sports, Dance, and Art classes. Plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development while assessing and documenting student progress. Lead innovative learning activities that foster children's development and growth, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Create a harmonious environment where students and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in similar role
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
