Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities in Endeavor + Enrichments, Sports, Dance, and Art programs while developing and implementing age-appropriate curricula. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, monitor their progress and development, and document student outcomes. Plan engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth to foster a harmonious environment for students and staff. This role supports early childhood education within Parker Chase Sprayberry Academy, part of Endeavor Schools' nationwide network of 100+ locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in similar role
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
