Enliven Disability -Community Mentor

Conduct community mentorship for young people under 65 with disabilities by supporting their journey to achieve a good life through networking and increased community participation. Facilitate engagement in local activities such as water-based therapy programs, ten-pin bowling, sporting events, or live music shows based on individual client needs and aspirations. Provide invaluable support to help clients make meaningful connections with others while exploring their identity and goals. Part-time position available (16 hours per week, rotating shifts including Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Mondays, and Fridays). Salary ranges from $24.60 to $30.00 per hour. Requires a Level 2-4 Health & Wellbeing Certificate, full clean driver's license, and strong interpersonal skills.
