Job Summary
Remove existing grass, plants, shrubs, gravel, and mulch to prepare job sites for new landscape installations. Install sod, plants, trees, decorative rock, edging, and other landscape features while performing demolition and cleanup of existing areas. Dig, shovel, rake, and move materials using hand tools and small power equipment safely. Load and unload supplies and follow directions from Crew Leaders and Project Managers to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. This fast-paced, physically demanding outdoor role supports Clean Scapes, the largest commercial landscaping contractor in Texas, serving prestigious properties across Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Fort Worth, and Houston.
Required Qualifications

- Comfortable performing physically demanding work outdoors in Texas weather
- Ability to work well with a team

- Safety-minded and willing to learn
- Reliable transportation to the office or job site is required
Desired Qualifications
- Landscaping experience is helpful but not required
- Experience in any of the following: General labor, Construction, Demolition, Outdoor labor, Concrete or masonry, Tree or lawn services, Roofing, Fencing, Warehouse or other physically demanding work
