Enhancement Manager

Job Summary
Schedule and direct personnel and resources to provide quality, cost-effective enhancement services to clients. Manage all landscape enhancement services, including coordination of materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors. Inspect properties to prepare action plans, identify insect or disease problems, and perform hands-on work with crews. Train and develop employees through operational scheduling, safety monitoring, and equipment operation guidance. Coordinate staffing needs, hire crew members, and prepare daily schedules while enforcing BrightView policies. Maintain administrative systems, order materials, and assist the Branch Manager in sales tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree (minimum 2 years) in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry, or local marketplace
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs
- Be at least 18 years old (21 if operating company provided vehicles)
- Possess strong stamina and have the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions including extreme heat and cold
- Ability to bend, stoop, and twist continuously throughout the day
- Ability to maintain, in your possession at all times, required medications to address any known allergic reactions should they occur
- Obtain and maintain a PLANET Certification (Installation of Hard and Softscapes)
