Job Summary
Enhancement Landscape Laborer responsible for performing small-scale landscaping operations and maintaining the grounds of commercial properties. Duties include plant removal and replanting, converting lawn areas to planters or vice versa, replacing sidewalks, laying mow strips, mulch, pruning and planting trees, operating lawn maintenance equipment (e.g., 36" mower, gas-powered trimmer), watering, fertilizing per schedule, and supporting related grounds tasks. Work involves digging trenches, setting up cement forms for sidewalk work, handling cement pours, and transporting materials between sites. Requires ability to lift 30–35 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and outdoor work in varying conditions. Must have a valid driver license and be able to operate a truck with trailer. Required Qualifications
- 6 months of commercial landscape experience preferred but not required.
- Current driver license
- Knowledge to identify proper amount of water application and penetration.
- Knowledge to adjust and regulate sprinkler heads, finish cement surfaces, prepare forms for cement pours, and weeding.
- Experience with cement in preparing for the pour and finishing procedures.
- Ability to operate a truck with trailer/gate and ramp for loading, unloading and transport of equipment.
