Enhancement Field Manager

Job Summary
Manage labor and materials in the field to complete assigned enhancement projects while developing assistants and crew members. Plan, schedule, and supervise daily production activities, meeting clients on every job and inspecting work at day's end to ensure satisfactory completion. Monitor hourly and cost budgets by reviewing job reports, communicating budget hours to the team, and selling extras through T&M tickets. Cooperate with landscape management field managers to meet branch goals. Maintain assigned vehicles and equipment in good working order, monitor AM and PM procedures, and complete daily time entry.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated skill and ability to organize and schedule projects
- Experience managing others at some level
- Demonstrated skill and ability to work with service customers
- At least one year of experience doing enhancement or landscape installation work in a commercial setting
- Two or four-year horticultural or related degrees and two years of industry experience
- Additional industry experience or industry certifications can substitute for a non-related degree, two-year degree, or no degree
- Experience making hard and live material purchases and the ability to negotiate the best price
- Knowledge of basic computer operation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, in English
- Valid Class A commercial driver's license with a clean record over the last three years
