Job Summary
Enhancement Crew Supervisor oversees enhancement crews, coordinates training and performance of enhancement jobs (drainage, planting, masonry, site work), ensures project quality and adherence to scope, handles material receipts/inventory, manages timekeeping and scheduling, and collaborates with sales and in-house teams to resolve issues. Responsibilities include crew oversight, setup/layout of jobs, training on landscape construction practices, time management, material allocation, and occasional cross-department duties; winter snow removal participation is preferred but not required. Requires strong communication, time management, math skills, and a team-first attitude. Bi-lingual preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License required.
- 3-5 years experience within the landscape construction field.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
